Typically the tour starts at 1:30 Pm and finishes at 4:30 pm. This half-day tour runs either between 10 am and 1 pm or 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm. You start the tour by walk from the famous Bridge Ram Jhula. A walk along the banks of the Ganges about 1 km, then you reach the entry point of the Ashram’s Gate & the Ashram is guarded due to the wildlife sanctuary.

Once you enter the ashram, you immerse into the Igloo-shaped structures. They are designed for the meditation retreat. When you keep walking up and you find a big structure in the center that is gallery "Beatles Albums" & Hall and more further on the left, a Shiva Temple, ashram’s Post Office, the Kitchen area, Printing block area, and Ved Bhavan that is served as Lectures Hall, where Maharishi used to give the lectures on Vedic philosophy every afternoon and evening.

Later, further, on the right, the residential apartments, specially built for Beatles and other western visitors, and behind, there is the Yoga Hall, attached with 84 concrete-made chambers, is initially called Chaurasi Kutiya, where Maharishi Yogi introduced a course of transcendental meditation for 40 days to Indian Sadhus, Monks, spiritual masters, and seekers.

Later, You pay a visit to Maharshi Mahesh Yogi’s Bungalow along with a cluster of the Igloo-Shaped small concrete huts that were built especially for the mediation retreat.
