Mussoorie & Dhanaulti are the best-known Hills stations of Garhwal Himalayas in Uttarakhand, are famous for eco-tourism in India. Mussoorie weather & Mussoorie temperature both together ranks the best hill station of India, known as Queen of the Hills in India, it is the most scenic hill station of Uttarakhand.
A British explorer had discovered this hill station in 1827, Captain Frederick Young. It is famous among leisure travelers, Weekend Tourists, and Honeymooners, and It is an en-route town for Yamunotri & Gangotri. Mussoorie is perfect for all-weather tourists in India at a height of 2,000 m.
Dhanaulti is at an altitude of 2,250 m, and a remote hill station, Dhanaulti from Mussoorie is at a distance of one-hour road drive and from Dehradun at a distance of 3 hr road drive. It lies in an untouched forest of deodars, oaks, and rhododendrons.
Dhanaulti has been based for many treks into the Himalayas, including trails to the Surkanda Devi Temple, Chandrabadni Devi, and Kunjapuri Devi. Dhanaulti hotels are limited in numbers, advance booking is the best way to stay in Dhanaulti.
Landour Mussoorie is a historic small hamlet, famous for real-offbeat travel in Uttarakhand. Landour to Mussoorie is only 20 km by road, very popular for day excursion, often tourists go to eat at Landour Bakehouse restaurant but it offers plenty of homestay and hotels to stay.

Now, Mussoorie & Dhanaulti both are gaining fame as an eco-tourism destination in Uttarakhand having an eco-park and many nature-filled trekking trails in the midst of alpine trees. Trek in Mussoorie - George Everest Mussoorie Trek, Nag Tibba Trek, Benog Hill Trek & Rajpur-Mussoorie Trek are the the best treks nearby Mussoorie. Danaulti Trek- Dhanaulti is famous for numerous Nature Trails in the Eco-Park.
After breakfast time, the driver will pick you up from your location ( hotel/ airport/ railway station ) and drive you away towards Mussoorie, on the way, you visit three attractions of Dehradun city, Mind Rolling Buddhist Monastery, Robbers cave and Tapkeshwar Mahadev, a Shiva Temple and then you drive to Mussoorie, upon arrival at the hotel, check-in the hotel and have leisure time, later have dinner & lights off.
After breakfast, you start your local visit with your driver, such as Mussoorie. Camel's Back Road: a long road famous for the nature walk & eye-sweeping views of the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas, and in the evening Lal Tibba: the highest point in town.
Kempty waterfalls: a beautiful waterfall & a famous picnic spot, The Mall road offers a splendid view of the Doon valley and one of the best shops for visitors, is Cloud's End is surrounded by the Oak and Deodar forest.
If you want to see some offbeat town then you must visit Landour, it is a really historic & British colonial-era town is located 30 km far-off from Mussoorie.
After breakfast, check out and take a short drive on the zig-zag scenic road to Dhanaulti which is only 30 km / 1-2 hours faraway from Mussoorie.
Dhanulti is famous as an eco-destination in the Uttarakhand state of india. Dhanaulti is the home of Himalayan weavers that produce hand-woven shawls, stoles, wool scarves, Eri silk, and Pashmina too. If you love them, you can spend your time with them. Later check-in and visit Eco Park and Surkanda Devi Temple. Dinner & overnight.
After breakfast, check-out, and drive away from Dhanaulti via Chamba, Chamba is another famous hill station, just drive through Chamba, en-route to visit one of the most famous mountaintop temples, Kunjapuri.
Once you arrive at Kunjapuri, the driver drops you there, and a local expert trek guide assists you to visit the temple and takes you back by trek, following 9 km / 3 hr long downhill trail "Kunjapuri-Tapovan Trek". Upon your arrival, the same driver transfers you to your scheduled destination for onwards journey
