Shri Satya Sai Ghat Rishikesh is located near Laxman Jhula and is a lot more peaceful and serene than other ghats. The idols of goddesses & gods mother Ganga, Shiv, and Vishnu, are very beautiful and the whole ghat has a very calming vibe to it. One can easily spend hours sitting here and enjoying the quiet atmosphere.

This place is amazing – so close to Laxman Jhula. It’s a place where you can experience a beautiful Aarti with Sathya Sai Students. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I met a beautiful being there who radiated unconditional love. Thank you, Sai Ram!

Sri Sathya Sai Temple

The Ghat also has a Sri Sathya Sai Temple which will be one of the most modern, clean, and hygienic ghats for the convenience of the devotees who would be coming to take a holy dip in the Ganges river.

The Sri Sathya Sai Vedic Learning Centre & Library, which spans 2,500 square feet, will be inaugurated soon. The learning center will be open to the public and can be accessed by residents, students, tourists, etc. for their reading and learning requirements. The library is equipped with books and reference material across several fields, providing access to ancient Vedic learning. It is also gratis.

This new Ghat (a stone staircase leading to a river) near Laxmanjhula was opened in September 2016 and is located steps away from the popular Laxman Jhula bridge. It is very clean and wide, with statues of the Ganges, Rudra, and Vishnu situated throughout the area.
