Our meditation program guides each guest through Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses from the mind), Dharana (concentration of mental awareness), and the experience of Dhyana (continuous meditative awareness).

Our program is a self-actualization process aimed at allowing guests to gain greater control over their physical and mental faculties, balancing them emotionally and spiritually.

With this program, guests are guided through daily meditation sessions including Yoga Nidra (physical sleep), Ajapa Japa (spontaneous mantra chanting), Antar Mouna (inner silence), and Trataka (looking at a candle flame).

The process of self-realization, the practice of meditation is one of the key tools for harmonizing the mind and tapping into the potential of higher consciousness.

Individual hatha yoga sessions are tailored to each guest to help release physical stiffness and tension and achieve calm, while Pranayama breathing techniques balance energy and internalize the mind to assist with meditative practices.

Topics related to yogic philosophy and its incorporation into daily practices are discussed with the Yoga Guru. The program also includes Swadhaya or self-study which is a deeper reflection on everyday experiences.
