The International Yoga Festival Rishikesh is organized by the Parmarth Niketan Ashram every year and it takes place in Rishikesh from 01 March to 07 March every year, where it will be possible to learn discipline Yoga and Meditation from the world’s most important Spiritual masters in International Yoga Festival Rishikesh.

Spiritual Satsang

Participants will also have the opportunity to attend a “Satsang“, or “association with sages” in which meditation is practiced together with people of all levels –  from beginners to experienced yoga teachers, as it is considered the essential part of yoga. Silent meditation is practiced during Satsang, followed by a meditative mantra chant and an easy-to-understand discourse on the philosophy and psychology of yoga.
