Immersed in Spirituality

The morning sun painted the sky with hues of orange as I made my way to the temple for the morning prayers. The soft chants and the fragrance of incense filled the air, creating an atmosphere of serenity. Inside the sanctum, the striking Shivlinga adorned with marigold garlands exuded an aura of divinity that left me awe-struck.

The temple’s name, Tapkeshwar, derives from the word “tapak,” meaning water droplets. Legend has it that the cave above the Shivlinga is constantly moistened by water droplets, believed to be the blessings of Lord Shiva himself. Witnessing this natural wonder left me feeling humbled and blessed.
