My Experience

The ashram provides an excellent refuge from the chaos of daily life. During my stay, I appreciated the serene atmosphere of the meditation hall and library. It would be an ideal location to spend an extended period of time to deepen one’s meditation practice and engage in some reading. However, for this trip, six days sufficed for me. Although, I may consider revisiting the ashram in the future

2- Parmarth Niketan

If you’re seeking a serene and tranquil place to connect with your mind and body, the Parmarth Niketan Ashram is an excellent choice. Located in Swargashram, Rishikesh by the river Ganga, the ashram offers a pristine and peaceful environment that is perfect for meditation.
