This high-capacity ropeway will span approximately 60 kilometers, connecting 15 major stations between Maa Tara Devi and Sanjauli, covering key urban and suburban regions of Shimla. With an estimated capacity to transport 2,000 passengers per hour in both directions, the project is expected to revolutionize urban transportation in Shimla, reduce traffic congestion, and offer a sustainable transit solution for both residents and visitors.
