It is the only pink sand beach in Rishikesh, but the colors of the beach change each year after the flood. Some years, the river leaves white sand, so it is also called the white sand beach in Rishikesh. In other years, the Ganges river leaves pink sand, so people call it the pink beach in Rishikesh.

How to Get There:
- Start at Laxman Jhula: Begin your journey from Tapovan, heading towards Laxman Jhula. Cross the bridge and turn left after crossing.
- Pass the Cafes: Keep walking until you pass Ganga View Café on your left (great views, average food) and Tree House Café on your right (average food and views, but sometimes live music).
- Look for the White Temple: Continue walking until you see a white temple-like building along the Ganga on your left.
- Keep Walking: After the cafes, you’ll encounter more trees and a police checkpoint. You’ll also see a sign thanking you for visiting the town. Walk for another five minutes.
- Find the Rough Path: Look for a rough path on your left that goes down and right. This path is challenging and involves some scrambling, so it’s not for those with injuries.
- Climb Down Carefully: After descending for a while, you’ll reach a ledge. Climb down and continue to the riverbank.
- Go Right: Once you reach the riverbank, avoid the left side as it’s restricted. Instead, head right, past a small pond, and you’ll find the secret beach.
