The Banasur Ka Kila is an impressive fort dating back to the 12th century that lies in the district of Champawat. The fort is quite popular among nature lovers and outdoor activity seekers. This fort was erected by the Chand Dynasty which is about 6 km from the town Lohaghat at an elevation of 1900 meters.

The Gairsain is a lesser-known tourist destination in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. Now, this town under process to be the Summer Capital City of Uttarakhand. The town sits at an elevation of 1,650 m and the town is situated about 250 kilometers from Dehradun sprawling around 7.53 square kilometers with a population of around 12000.
The place offers many hiking trails such as Nanda Devi National Park, Vasundhara Falls. Adi Badri, Vridha Vadri. From here you can go in the forest that offers some of never beaten trails with an awesome experience of nature.

5-Gwaldam, Uttarakhand
