Lama Zopa Rinpoche, spiritual director of FPMT, recommends that all FPMT centers recite the Sanghata Sutra. This sutra carries immense benefits for those who hear or recite it. Rinpoche specifically suggests this practice to accumulate the merit necessary for completing the Maitreya Project, which will bring great benefits to countless beings.

Additionally, Rinpoche emphasizes the importance of reciting the Golden Light Sutra for peace. He states that it is the most beneficial practice to bring about peace and stop conflicts. Especially in troubled times like these, actions towards world peace are crucial.
