- Route: Delhi to Dehradun (265 km by bus, 7-8 hours), then Dehradun to Sankri (190 km by cab or bus)
- Trek: 20 km from Sankri to Kedarkantha and back
By Train
- Trains from Delhi to Dehradun:
- Nandadevi Express (Train no: 12205) – Departure: 11:50 pm, Arrival: 5:40 am
- Dehradun Express (Train no: 12687) – Departure: 9:10 pm, Arrival: 5:00 am
- Journey: Overnight train, followed by a 190 km drive from Dehradun to Sankri
By Flight
- Airport: Jolly Grant Airport (25 km from Dehradun)
- Flight: Direct from Delhi to Dehradun

- Day 4 Kedarkantha Base Camp – Kedarkantha (12,500 FT) – Hargaon (8,450 FT, 6 km trek)
- Day 5 Hargaon to Sankri Village- 6 km Trek. Depart from Sankri.
