- Driving: Rishikesh connects by National Highway 58. The drive from Delhi takes about 5 to 6 hours. The road is generally in good condition, though some hilly sections might be rough. For a smoother drive, leave Delhi between 4 and 5 in the morning to avoid traffic in towns like Modinagar and Roorkee.
- Taxi/Jeep: You can also hire a taxi or take a share jeep from Dehradun, which usually leaves early in the morning.
By Rail:
