The temple is very ancient. It is believed that Sage Parshuram first built it, and later, Maharani Khaneti renovated it in 1857 A.D.. Inside the temple, there is a big Shiv Linga and a massive Trishul.

We went to the temple at around 10:30 in the morning. There was no queue, so we completed the Darshan and visited all the deities in just 10 minutes. It was a very peaceful experience!
