Delhi → Haldwani → Almora → Pithoragarh → Dharchula → Gunji / Nabi → Jyolingkong → Adi Kailash

👉 The last 105 km from Dharchula requires Inner Line Permit (ILP) and local 4×4 vehicles only.

🚆 By Train

Best railheads:

  • Kathgodam Railway Station – 272 km to Dharchula

  • Tanakpur – 238 km

  • Lal Kuan – 300 km

👉 Kathgodam is the most preferred starting point.

🚗 By Road

  • Kathgodam → Almora → Pithoragarh → Dharchula

  • Dharchula → Gunji / Nabi → Adi Kailash (4×4 only)
