Discover route for Adi Kailash Om Parvat Yatra Expedition 2025
Overview of the Trekking Expedition:
Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime spiritual Adi Kailash Om Parvat Yatra Trekking adventure to Adi Kailash and Om Parvat in the mystical land of Uttarakhand, India. Revered as one of the Panch Kailash, Adi Kailash (also known as Chhota Kailash) bears a striking resemblance to the sacred Mount Kailash in Tibet. Unlike its Tibetan counterpart, Adi Kailash is entirely within Indian territory, nestled near the Indo-Tibetan border, and offers travelers a serene escape into divine tranquility and nature’s grandeur.
At the foot of this sacred peak lies the revered Gauri Kund, where the shimmering waters beautifully reflect the snow-capped mountain. Nearby, the enchanting Parvati Sarovar – often referred to as the local ‘Mansarovar’ – stands as a spiritual sanctuary. A small temple devoted to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati adds to the sacred ambiance, making it a place of deep spiritual reflection and inner peace.

Om Parvat – A Natural Wonder in the Himalayas:
As you travel from Kalapani (the source of the Kali River) to Nabidhang (elevation: 3987 meters), just 9 km from the Lipu Pass, you’ll witness the miraculous OM Parvat. This sacred mountain is famous for the naturally formed “Om” symbol in snow on its dark rocky face – a phenomenon that is both spiritually powerful and visually awe-inspiring. This eternal “Om” formation symbolizes the primordial sound of the universe, often linked to Lord Shiva, and is regarded as a rare celestial sight in Hindu tradition.
