09:30 AM – Meet Guide
Meet your local English speaking guide as per designated schedule like Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula or hotels. After a brief introduction to the fascinating connection between The Beatles and Rishikesh, your walk begins along the delightful banks of the River Ganges stopping for Geeta Ashram, Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Swarg Ashram area towards the Beatles Ashram.
10:00 AM – Beatles Ashram
Once you arrive at entry point of Chaurasi Kutia (Beatles Ashram) and you have to approach to ticket window to complete the entry formalities. If you are form aboard then you need show a digital copy of passport to get permission to visit the Ashram.
Your guide will walk with you into the ashram, narrating the history of the ashram, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and learn how rose of Transcendental Meditation and connection with Beatles.
10:30 AM –Ashram Complex
Try to sit inside the famous Meditation Domes (Igloo Huts) and chant the spiritual syllable ” OM ” which echoes into you and in the caves, chanting and echoing inside and outside is called transcendental meditation, the historic Lecture Hall, Kitchen Area, Post Office, Printing Block, and the peaceful pathways where The Beatles spent time during their stay in 1968.
12:00 PM – Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s Bungalow
Continue to the private bungalow of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and walk in the secluded meditation cottages, where Maharishi was living inside the ashram, it is private house on the edge of the Ganges where one can hear soothing sound of flowing river Ganges and now the monks, seekers, and international visitors go to see the past life of famous Guru meditation.
01:00 PM – Murals & Graffiti
