The focal part of this Kriya Yoga Retreats trip will be making a visit to Babaji’s cave, which is perched at an altitude of about 2000 meters from sea level. This part of your visit employs an easy level trek that invests your 60 -90 minutes.
This pathway is established by small rocks but some parts are a little steep the path, at an angle up to 45 degrees. In some places, there are uneven steps established by big rocks. The rocky steps are of uneven size, some probably a foot high.

06:20 AM- New Delhi to Kathgodam by NDLS-KGM Shatabdi Train ( Train No.1204) departs New Delhi Railway station.
11:40 AM-Train arrives at Kathgodam Railway station, and, you proceed to Ranikhet by surface ( 80 km / 3hrs) en-route visit Kainchi Dham at Baba Neem Karoli Ashram near Nainital.
05:00 PM- Check into Hotel Dinner and Relax.

Full Day Assimilation
This is the Kriya Yoga retreat day with observing silence in the midst of the Himalaya with nature, a brief spiritual discourse into the Himalayan Mountains, and awareness retreat along with the importance of the Himalaya in the path of spiritual growth, which allows reestablishing the spiritual energy with nature within as a part of the preparation to pay homage to Babaji Cave. Dinner & lights off.

08.00 AM to 06.00 PM
Meditation at the hotel followed by the morning breakfast 08:00 AM-you will drive in the Private Transport to Babaji Cave through Himalayan woods.
10:00 AM- You arrive at Kukuchina village, at the tail end of the road to start trekking to Mahavatar Babaji Cave.
11:30 AM to 03:00 PM- Mahavatar Babaji Cave Meditation and have relaxed time to assimilate the energy of the Cave & explore the vicinity of the cave on your own. Later trek back
04:30 PM- You arrive at the tail end of the road to drive back to Hotel in Ranikhet, Dinner at Hotel, and Lights off.

Morning Transcendental meditation at Hotel followed by the morning Breakfast. Then, You will drive directly by road to Kathgodam railway station. Lunch Break at nearby.
03:35 PM-Kathgodam Railway station to New Delhi railway station by KGM-NDLS Shatabdi Train ( No.12039) It departs from Kathgodam railway station.
08:50 PM-the train arrives at New Delhi Railway Station. Upon arrival at railways station, meeting with our company representative, transfer in private transport to your hotel in New Delhi.
