Rishikesh Day Tour will be the one to confirm your tour booking, and a contract will be in place when we have received a deposit from your end. In the case of you having to cancel your commitment, we would clearly charge a nonrefundable administrative fee of 15 percent. As per our terms and conditions which is between M/s Memorable India and the tour participants you will have to reimburse us for all services provided by us as outlined in our tourist agreement.
If the organizers are planning to pay anybody in your organization, then payment can be made by any of the following methods:

Domestic payments can be made by using any of the following methods: -
• By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
• By Electronic money transfer (RTGS & NEFT)
• By Online Payment Gateway system through Razor Pay
• By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details)
In case of cancellation or early departure as a result of unavoidable reasons, the traveler is required to inform the tour operator, if cancellations occur 30 days prior to departure date would be penalized as follows:
• 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
• 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
• 14 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
• 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
Please note - irrespective of above-mentioned cancellations slabs, in the event of a cancellation of a tour or travel service after booking, a minimum 10% service charge is applicable. In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund will be within a limited amount contingent on how much we are able to recoup from vendors that we have paid. In the event that payments have been made for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals, we cannot remunerate customers for this.
When collecting the tickets at the railway station, you may be billed an additional fee for this service. For further information, or if you are objecting to paying that fee, please contact IBTL's customer care center on 12345. At that time, you will also learn about luggage fees and any other services that are not included in the price of your booking which you could pay directly at the train station.
When making your reservation with our travel provider you should be informed of what additional costs will apply on board the train. We advise contacting us directly so we can provide more details on this issue.
We understand that you might be disappointed if the tour falls through for any unexpected reasons, so we always strive to do our best and work things out for you! Still, no matter what happens, we reserve the right to forfeit payments for tours not undertaken. In such cases full and final refunds should be given as per the tour cancellation policy as described above.
If this does happen, we'll refund each participant based on cancellations or money back and his and their respective share (for example: 10 pax - 1000 Rs. X 10 people = 1000 x 10 = 10000 Rs.). For all refunds, the process may take 2-5 weeks depending on your bank's policies; it may take longer during busy periods like Diwali or Holi. If you choose to use your credit card as a payment method, no additional fees will apply; if payable by other means (such as check), any additional charges imposed by your financial institution would have to be paid out of pocket before a refund is issued.
