The government sanctioned Rs 57 crores<\/strong> for the construction of the Bridge<\/strong>, which will create<\/strong> an alternative route on the left bank of the Alaknanda River<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Senior Geologist MPS Bisht<\/strong> at HNB Garhwal University disclosed<\/strong> that various agencies are addressing<\/strong> the concerns of the Tota Ghati<\/strong>. He stated<\/strong>, \u201cAgencies are carrying out<\/strong> slope cladding, rock bolting, and wire mesh work, and teams are monitoring<\/strong> the cracks daily. The cracks remain<\/strong> as wide as before, and the data is still being processed<\/strong> to determine whether they have widened<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Officials claim<\/strong> that the Bridge<\/strong> will connect<\/strong> Garhwal and Kumaon<\/strong><\/a> more effectively by reducing<\/strong> the distance between them. The bridge will also open<\/strong> an alternate route to Kumaon<\/strong> from Rishikesh and Dehradun via Pauri<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The government made<\/strong> previous announcements about constructing this bridge, and once again, it sanctioned Rs 57 crores<\/strong>, which raised hopes<\/strong> among the locals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has given approval of 57 crore for the Singtali bridge connecting Garhwal and Kumaon. On the Kaudiyala-Vyasghat route,<\/strong> this 150 meter long bridge to be constructed will strengthen road connectivity between both regions. The Chief Minister has given assurance to complete the construction work soon.<\/p>\n

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, in continuation of his previous announcement, has provided important financial and administrative approval for this proposed bridge in Yamkeshwar assembly of Pauri district.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, on behalf of the government, formal orders regarding this have been issued to the Chief Engineer of the Public Works Department. On Kaudiyala<\/a>-Vyasghat motor route, within one kilometer, over river Ganga, the proposed Singtali bridge length is 150 meters.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On this, the total cost is 57 crore, five lakh, 25 thousand rupees.<\/strong> On the special instructions of the Chief Minister, in the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, the expenditure-finance committee has already given green signal to this proposal.<\/p>\n

In this way, all the obstacles of construction of this long-awaited bridge are now removed, due to which soon bridge construction will be able to start.<\/p>\n

Garhwal MP and BJP\u2019s National Media In-charge Anil Baluni has congratulated Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for the financial and administrative approval of Rs 57 crore for the construction of the\u00a0 bridge. He said that we all have been continuously striving for years for the construction of the bridge.<\/p>\n

I heartily express gratitude to the continuous struggle of the local citizens, who brought this decisive resolution to the goal. With the construction of this bridge, the local citizens will receive much benefit and tourists will also have much ease in transportation.<\/p>\n

Baluni said that on receiving administrative and financial approval for the construction of this bridge, many congratulations to the people of Garhwal.
