In the month of Vaisakh, an annual fair is organized in Someshwar Mahadev Temple known as Bissu Mela, followed by the Bissu festival. This is a traditional and one of the biggest fairs organized by the local people where the deity is worshipped grandly. People from the nearby villages come to bow their heads down before the deity and pray for their health, wealth and prosperity.
