History of Shree Vithal Ashram
Once Shri V.T.Chitnis was going on a trip to the Kalisha Mansarovar yatra. To dip his father ashes in the holy waters. Nevertheless, the splendour and magnificent Himalayas mountain captured his mind. This lures him to start an ashram at the foothills of the Himalayas.

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant airport whereas the nearest railways are Rishikesh railways. From here one can take local transport. This ashram is located in the Muni Ki Reti town in Tehri Garhwal district closeby Rishikesh.
Omkarananda Kamakshi-Devi Mandir
The main temple sanctum is in the midst of other god and goddess mandir. Inside the temple complex, there are other small shrines beside the Kamakshi Devi mandir. To the left Shri Meenakshi Devi temple and the Shri Chamundi Devi temple. To the main goddess suites on the right side to these small temples. Opposite to these three mandir Venkantswara, swami and Padmavati Devi mandir present. Along with this Gurudev Paramahamsa, Omkarananda Saraswati mandir is also located inside the temple complex.
